MEBSTER develops innovative medical devices at the intersection of rehabilitation, biomechanics, and mobility enhancement. Our mission is to improve human movement in meaningful, clinically relevant ways — across rehabilitation, performance, and daily mobility.

We operate in both clinical (B2B) and direct-to-user (B2C) models and are now strengthening our commercial structure to support scalable growth.

Your Role

As Sales & Clinical Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing B2B and B2C sales strategies while acting as a key link between clinical adoption, revenue generation, and internal leadership.

This is a hybrid early-stage role combining:

  • Clinical partnerships
  • Direct sales
  • Commercial process building
  • Close cooperation with the CEO and COO

You will play a critical role in shaping how MEBSTER sells — not just what it sells — with a clear path toward Head of Sales / CCO.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

  • Drive revenue growth across:
  • Rehabilitation clinics and mobility enhancement centers (B2B)
  • Direct end users and patients (B2C)
  • Develop and execute B2C sales strategies aligned with medical and regulatory realities
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and conversions across both channels

Clinical & Partnership Development

  • Build trusted relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and medical technology experts
  • Support clinical demos, trials, and onboarding in real-world environments
  • Translate clinical feedback into commercial and product insights

Systems & Structure

  • Systematically structure sales activities and outcomes in ERP (Odoo – Sales module)
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and reporting
  • Help define and improve internal sales processes and workflows

Internal Collaboration

  • Work directly with CEO and COO on:
  • Commercial strategy
  • Pricing and partnership models
  • Market entry and scaling decisions
  • Represent MEBSTER during selected international meetings, conferences, and partner visits (EU / USA)

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

  • Strong sales experience with clinical literacy
  • Comfort working directly with medical professionals
  • Ability to manage both B2B and B2C sales approaches
  • Structured mindset with a focus on systems, data, and outcomes
  • Fluent English (working language)

Advantage

  • Experience with medical devices, rehabilitation, or biomechanics of human movement
  • Experience working with ERP / CRM systems (Odoo a strong plus)
  • Czech language (not required, but a significant advantage)
  • Another widely used international language (German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
  • Startup or scale-up experience
